Blackfin Detail

 Full Vessel Reset + Protection Boost

Our very popular and most practical package—delivering a full deep clean of your entire vessel, followed by protection applied to every surface.

Full vessel reset (deep clean)

• Full clean-out (everything loose is pulled out of hatches, etc.), trash removal, etc.
• Bilge, console, and all hatch compartments deep cleaned   
• Mold & mildew removal 
• Upholstery deep cleaned + protected w/ Starke Shield 
• EVA / non-skid flooring deep cleaned + protected w/ Starke Shield
• All exterior gel coat & painted surfaces are treated with a ceramic maintenance spray, boosting existing wax, sealant, or ceramic coatings while adding gloss, hydrophobic properties, and 3–4 weeks of protection
• Plastics, trim, and rubber rub rails deep cleaned and sealed 
• Metals polished + sealed for protection
• Glass & curtains carefully cleaned, polished, & sealed with Ceramic Spray
• Once the deep clean is complete, all gear is organized and put back in its home inside the boat

*Every surface receives some sort of protection (temporary), even though it’s not a full detail*

Sailfish Detail

(Quick Enhancement) – Full Vessel Reset (deep clean) + 1-Step Correction w/ our single step polish/sealant. 

A fast, efficient refresh designed for boats that are already in pretty good condition, or people just looking for a quick ‘buff&wax’ . 

• Single-step polish + protection using Starke Shield
• Enhances gloss and removes light oxidation / haze
• Ideal for maintenance and budget-conscious clients. If you get these done regularly, the boat will come out close to new every time. 

We suggest 2-3x year for year round shine and protection. Will keep you from exploring the options below.

This is NOT a full correction service. This 1-step polish/sealant essentially just cleans the surface up and leaves behind a protective layer of polymer sealant that typically lasts 4-6 months (as with all protective coatings/sealants, if well maintained and covered, it will last longer).

• “Boat looks good overall, just want it dialed in and shining again.”
• *Frequent client* “hey, time for some fresh wax” *2-3x year. (Won’t need more than this detail if done frequently)
• “Boat in rough shape, only looking to spend x amount right now and will get it fully done later on.”

White Marlin Detail

Full Vessel Reset (deep clean) + 1 step of correction (medium cut compound / polish) + 1 step of polymer sealant / final polish  MOST POPULAR

This is the package most boats actually need. Definitely the most frequently applicable detail when our services are requested, by a long shot.

• Corrects/removes medium/light oxidation and imperfections
• Restores gloss, depth, and color
• Applies durable long-term protection
• This package offers a range of capabilities, as we tailor the 2-step process we use to match what the boat needs, or you want:
  • Most frequently, this 2-step consists of using Starke Elevate medium cut / polish to remove medium-light oxidation, microscratches, factory imperfections, etc., restoring the boat’s surfaces to a high gloss finish. That is then followed up with Jescar Ultra Lock + (Replaces the use of old school wax.. our #1 tried and true polymer sealant that provides the best protection possible other than ceramic coatings). This will make new boats look better than they did coming out the factory, as well as make well-used boats maintain a flawless and protected finish. Other than a ceramic coating, this detail 2x/year will keep your paint or gel coat in tip-top shape year round and for more years to come.
  • However, depending on your budget and the shape of the boat, we can instead turn this 2-step detail into a more recovery detail – using step #1 as heavy cut compounding step, followed up with our 1-step polish/sealant as the 2nd step to remove most of the marring and microscratches left behind by the compounding, while leaving behind a durable polymer sealant as protection. Certainly not perfect under a microscope, but is a budget friendly way of taking your boat from chalky to shiny and protected.

Designed for boats exposed to sun, salt, and daily use. This is where your boat starts looking “great” again.

Blue Marlin Detail

Full Vessel Reset (deep clean) + 3 Steps of Compounding, Polishing, & Sealing

For owners who want a noticeable difference — not just “better,” but impressive.

• Takes boats from looking bad to like new, in a single package. Will restore a heavily chalky surface to a like-new finish. 
• This detail package is also frequently suggested when gel coat only has light oxidation, but heavy imperfections, like microscratches, hazing, or sanding marks left behind after repairs or even from the factory. 
• Long story short, this package removes deeper oxidation, swirls, and defects while producing intense clarity and depth with a high-gloss protective finish. This is typically the detail package completed prior to applying one of our ceramic / graphene coating systems for the ultimate finish & long-term protection.
• Typically consists of these 3 correction/buffing steps:
  • Step 1 – Heavy duty compounding to remove medium-heavy oxidation and eliminate deeper imperfections.
  • Step 2 – Followed up by medium cut / polish to refine the surface and remove imperfections left behind by the heavy cut compounding.
  • Step 3 – If the surface is close to perfection after steps 1-2, Jescar Ultra Lock + polymer sealant is applied for optimal protection and deep, glossy, finish. If it still needs some refinement, we will use Starke Revolution to further refine the surface while leaving behind high-quality, polymer sealant protection.

Grand Slam Detail

Full Vessel Reset (deep clean) + Sanding + 3 Steps of Heavy Correction & Sealant

Our highest level of detailing and gel coat or paint restoration services.

• The last 3 steps are the same as our Blue Marlin Detail, but first steps are for the surface(s) to be sanded.
• Combination of dry and/or wet sanding and heavy correction work to restore degraded or damaged surfaces
• Takes care of heavy oxidation, light gauges or scratches, and deep imperfections by essentially sanding a thin layer of your boat’s gel coat off and restoring a high-gloss, like-new (a lot of the times, better than new..) finish. 
• This is what takes an old, neglected boat, and turns it into a showpiece other than if there is actual damage to the surfaces or underlying fiberglass.
• Provides max gloss, clarity, and depth, without having to fully repaint your boat/vessel.
• This package is designed for clients that want to make their boat/vessel look better than new. 
• Really good option for if you buy an old, degraded looking boat, that still seems to have decent condition gel coat underneath. This package removes that nasty top layer of gel coat and gives it a whole new life. 

This is where your boat looks better than new.
